Many organisations use proxy servers to protect their private networks. Sometimes this protection includes restricting the external websites which may be visited, which can affect normal access to the viaEuropa service.
To use viaEuropa services correctly, it is important to create a proxy server rule which allows access to all sub-domains of the service:
